A vote for your Labour Party candidate in this County election is a vote for a new way of doing things. A cooperative County Council which ensure local services operate in the interests of residents, a restored bus service and a youth service which is properly funded.
With youth unemployment still high and an economy which is suffering from a painfully slow recovery, as a Labour County Councillor I will ensure that core services are protected, whilst jobs and apprenticeships remain at the top of the agenda.
In local government we must invest in the future, from our local schools to caring properly for the elderly.
Having lived in Claines for the last couple of years I feel privileged to be part of such a great community, but I understand that problems such as poor road lay outs congested streets and poorly maintained pavements continue to be problematic. If elected on 2nd May I will work my hardest to resolve local issues, building upon Labour's manifesto pledges to ensure that everyone gets a fair deal. mwillis@worcesterlabour.org.uk Based on information supplied by .
