TIME is running out for jazz fans to get their hands on some bargain festival tickets.
Early-bird prices for Upton International Jazz Festival are only available until Wednesday (May 1), with a star-studded line-up laid out from Friday to Sunday, June 28-30.
Some of those appearing in the riverside town include the Bourbon Street Stompers from Germany, Dutch band Lamarotte, Pete Allen, boogie woogie king Carl Sinclair and a host of British Jazz Award-winners, such as Alan Barnes.
Their concerts will be staged in a series of marquees, pubs and clubs alongside the festival bar.
There will be Mardi Gras parades through the streets and a gospel-style church service as the festival moves back into the town centre.
While the best of up-and-coming talent will be showcased in the best of young jazz programme, with trade stalls lining the High Street as thousands of jazz fans descend on the town.
Usual-price tickets are £25 for Friday, £35 for Saturday, £30 for Sunday and £70 for the whole weekend.
But if you book before the end of Wednesday (May 1), you will get Friday tickets for £20, Saturday for £30, Sunday for £25 and weekend passes for just £60. Under-14s go free.
Riverside camping on Fish Meadow is available, priced £28 – usual price £30.
