TWO men were arrested after police officers spotted them in a BMW which had been stolen from Bromsgrove.
One has been charged and another bailed pending further inquiries after the Sport Coupe was seen bearing false number plates at a petrol station in Weoley Castle, Birmingham, on Saturday.
It had been stolen from the driveway of a house in Marlbrook, Bromsgrove, on April 10.
The driver and his passenger were arrested and taken to Redditch Police Station for questioning.
A 25-year-old man from Birmingham was later charged with dishonestly receiving stolen goods, namely the car which is worth £17,000, and driving without insurance.
He was released on police bail to appear at Birmingham Magistrates Court on May 6.
The other man, a 23-year-old from Birmingham, was released on police bail until May 12 in connection with the subsequent discovery of a cannabis growing operation at a property in Northfield which was searched by officers.
