AN eleven-year-old girl has been seriously injured in Worcestershire after being in collision with a van.
The girl was taken to Birmingham Children's Hospital following the collision, near Stourport Memorial Park, around 6.30pm yesterday.
An ambulance, rapid response vehicle, paramedic officer and the Midlands Air Ambulance from Strensham attended the scene.
A West Midlands Ambulance Service spokesman said: “The girl, believed to be 11 years old, suffered serious head, pelvic and leg injuries.
"She received emergency treatment at the scene and her condition was stabilised.
“The hospital had been pre-alerted to the girls' arrival and her serious injuries.”
