CHILDREN made their own ‘princess’ crowns and knights’ shields’ as they enjoyed some school holiday fun at a Worcestershire tourist attraction.
The family activity day at Hanbury Hall and Gardens, near Droitwich, also gave them the chance to follow a trail around the grounds, answering various questions based on the event’s fables and tales theme.
Kathryn Lovell, events and marketing manager at the National Trust property, said: “It went very well. Everyone enjoyed themselves and we had a lot of people through the doors despite the blisteringly cold winds.”
Further family activity days are taking place today and Thursday. For information call 01527 821214 or visit nationaltrust.org.uk/ hanburyhall.
