TWO people are due before Hereford Magistrates this afternoon facing charges related to the stabbings in Hereford earlier this week.
One person was stabbed in Whitecross and another in Hunderton on Tuesday afternoon.
The injured pair both remain in Queen Elizabeth Hospital, Birmingham.
This morning two men at the centre of a murder investigation linked to two stabbings in Hereford were named.
John Chapman and Lukasz Slaboszewski, both of Peterborough, were found dead together in a ditchoutside Peterborough on Wednesday.
Their deaths are linked to the death of Kevin Lee whose body was found in a ditch on the outskirts ofPeterborough on Easter Saturday.
Detectives in Cambridgshire have focussed their investigation into the three suspected murders on Herefordshire.
That investigation is linked to two stabbings in Hereford on Tuesday that left one man critical and another with serious injuries.
Both stabbings are being investigated by Herefordshire detectives as attempted murders.
As of this morning a 47-year-old man remains in police custody and a 30-year-old woman has been detained under the Mental Health Act.
