Worcestershire County Council is sending out the vehicles at 6pm ahead of what is expected to be a cold night with temperatures dipping below freezing.
The council’s Highways Manager, Jon Fraser, said: “We still have areas where snow remains on the ground, and as this melts, along with the occasional snow shower, there’s still a risk of icy patches.”
