SCHOOL children can now explore Sir Edward Elgar’s world famous Enigma Variations through sound, movement and words, thanks to an award from the Bernarr Rainbow Trust.
The moneyhas enabled the Elgar Birthplace Museum in Lower Broadheath, Worcester, to offer workshops to a limited number of schools at a discount rate and offer help towards travel costs.
Cathy Sloan, museum director, said: “In these difficult times it is great that we have managed to get funding to help schools to visit this national treasure.
“We can’t wait tohear from Worcestershire schools.”
