Woman rescued from river
A WOMAN was rescued from the river Severn earlier this morning.
Police worked with fire crews from Worcester, Evesham and Malvern to rescue the woman from the water near New Road, Worcester, at about 1.10am.
She was taken to hospital at about 1.32am.
