GRITTERS will be heading out onto the roads again later today to ensure Worcestershire remains open for business.
Worcestershire County Council's fleet will treat roads from 5pm and remain on standby.
Worcestershire County Council's highways manager, Jon Fraser, said: "We're keeping an eye on the weather to ensure we can anticipate and respond to any changes which may affect Worcestershire's roads.
"As always, we'd like to remind drivers that grit, whilst it's a useful support for driving, isn't a miracle solution to icy conditions, and residents and businesses are reminded to take care even if they believe roads have been gritted."
Residents can keep up-to-date with gritting news by following @worcscc on Twitter and the latest information on any disruption to public transport and services will be available on worcestershire.gov.uk or by calling 01905 765765.
