A PENSIONER who had his drive fouled by a binman has reached an 'amicable resolution' with the council concerned.
On Saturday, March 9, we reported how the desperate dustman had fouled a driveway in Ryall, near Upton-upon-Severn, much to the disgust of the homeowner.
The binman, who has since been disciplined by Malvern Hills District Council and removed form the round, admitted the incident - on January 17 - when confronted by his bosses.
Chris Bocock, chief executive of the council, said: "The council has reached an amicable resolution with the resident on the initial complaint about the behaviour of a member of our refuse and recycling team, and other matters of concern, and both parties consider the matter to be closed."
