JONES Emma Jane (Formerly Birt, nee Hitchen) 18.2.1975 - 2.5.2024 My beautiful daughter has lost her fight against cancer, she leaves behind her daughter Courtney and husband Chris. She is now reunited with her brothers Toby and Adam. Funeral service at Worcester Crematorium on Friday 24th May at 1.45pm. Emma's wish that you could wear a touch of red.
