KING Ann Margaret (née Strain) Of Green Lane, Rainbow Hill. Passed away suddenly on 18th December, 2022, aged 76 years. Much loved Mum of Andrew and Dave, loving Partner of Graham and an adored Nan of Robyn, Holly, Archie, Ned, Ruby and Alfie. Funeral Service at St Barnabas Church on Friday 13th January at 1.00pm followed by Interment at Astwood Cemetery. Flowers or donations, if desired for the RSPCA may be sent to E J Gumery & Son, 68/70 Ombersley Road, Worcester, WR3 7EU. There will also be a collection plate at Church.

So Sorry to hear this.
Mrs King as we always knew her will be long remembered by most of the community as the lollipop lady on Astwood Road for St Barnabas children. She supervised all six of my Sons crossing that busy road but also went above and beyond her duties with the children as one day when I was expecting my third Son I inadvertently fell asleep and woke up to het knock on the door with my Eldest Son in hand Being safely delivered home to me.
God bless you Anne you will be sadly missed by all who knew you.

Sad to hear the news of the sudden death of Anne, she loved her garden and was so friendly a very pleasant neighbor. Our condolences to all the family rest in peace Anne Dave & Mo 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏
