PRATT Vernon Jeffery Passed away peacefully at home, on 9th December, 2022, aged 84 years. Funeral Service at The Vale Crematorium on Monday 9th January at 11.00am. Family flowers only please, but donations, if desired for Cancer Research UK may be left on the Collection Plate at the Crematorium or sent to E J Gumery & Son, 68/70 Ombersley Road, Worcester, WR3 7EU.

It's so difficult to put into words just how much I'm going to miss you Vernon. We met when we were boys and became firm friends from the very beginning. Your parents, Jesse and Dora, welcomed me into the Pratt family with love, and for that, I've always been extremely grateful. We shared a lifetime of happy memories, in Worcester and in Glasgow and the Galbraith family are very sad you are no longer with us. I'm going to miss our weekly telephone calls and the sound of your voice.

RIP Vernon. From cousin Graham. We spent many hours together as young boys, camping, paddling in the park after school and making havoc on the Marl Banks. We drifted apart as adults when we went our separate ways, but I remember those early days clearly and with much fondness. In the mind it was yesterday, and such great fun. Graham
