CLARKE Professor Michael Gilbert CBE DL Died peacefully on 22nd December 2021, aged 77, in Worcester. Much-loved husband of Angela, father, grandfather and brother. Remembered for his wide contributions to the University of Birmingham, local government, Birmingham Royal Ballet and the Church of England. Private funeral. A celebration of Michael's life will be arranged.
