SIMMONS Patricia Margaret Passed away peacefully at home on 25th September 2021. Previously employed by Cadbury's of Worcester and Lea & Perrins of Worcester. A funeral service will take place at St Martins Church, London Road on Tuesday 19th October followed by a private burial service at Astwood Cemetery. Family flowers only.
