The cost of fuel has shot up in recent weeks with the average price of petrol now 168.24 p and diesel now costing an average 181p.

This combined with the cost of the living crisis has meant that motorists have struggled to fill their cars up with fuel.

The Worcester News is now playing its part to help motorists, thanks to its brand-new competition.

We are giving away £50 worth of fuel, that’s enough to fill a small car such as a Vauxhall Viva.

To enter please visit www.worcesternews.co.uk/fuel and type in your details including your licence plate.

Then check the Worcester News newspaper every Wednesday from June 1 to June 15, 2022, to see if your licence plate comes up and you are the winner of that week’s £50 worth of fuel.

One winner will be selected at random each week and will have their number plate published in the Worcester News newspaper.

The prize will be paid via bank transfer and the winner will be contacted to facilitate this.

Proof of vehicle ownership will need to be provided.

Terms and conditions: Only one entry per vehicle registration.

Claims can only be validated by emailing: midlandscompetitions@newsquest.co.uk prior to 10am the day after the registration number is published.
