The dancer said: "I've been on a high all week and my boyfriend of 84 has been ecstatic for me.
"Steph was amazing, she gave me a huge hug and the applause I got was incredible."
Mrs Hobin even wowed the crowd with a demonstration and got them all up on their feet to join in.
She said: "I'm exhausted, to be honest, but it feels like old times."
Over the years, Mrs Hobin has made several headlines, including the time she tried to break the world record for the most people belly dancing simultaneously.
However, the dancer didn't have a clear-cut route to success and doctors even told her to stop dancing by doctors after being attacked on Oxford Street, London, in 1997.
Mrs Hobin first started belly dancing in 1973, she said: "I started taking classes in my 30s and got hooked from there and I had my first book published in 1992."
Currently, she is working on a study which aims to highlight the benefits belly dancing can have on pregnant women.
Mrs Hobin believes belly dancing has multiple mental and physical health benefits - including helping with endometriosis, safe pregnancies, infertility, and back pain.
But she said she would love to break the world record for being the oldest belly dancer in the world.
Mrs Hobin said: "I would like to break that world record, but I might have a long way to go still."
