KIDDERMINSTER Harriers Independent Supporters’ Trust will hold a question-and-answer session for fans with the club’s under-fire board of directors.

After a successful similar evening with Harriers manager Gary Whild in November, club chairman Ken Rae and other board members have accepted an invite to attend on Thursday, March 19.

Vanarama Conference side Harriers intend to remain full-time next season but on a much-reduced playing budget after relying on benefactors Ernie and Kath Lane to make up the shortfall in their wage bill during 2014-15.

The evening will be in the Aggborough Suite and limited tickets should be available at the home games with Eastleigh on Tuesday and Dover next Saturday.

Directors will answer fans’ questions on an eventful 18 months at the club and expand on plans for next season with the bar opening at 7pm and questions from 7.30pm.

Ex-Harriers commercial manager Phil Wright, 67, has joined the trust board. He was involved with the Aggborough club in the late 1980s.

Membership of the trust has shot up from 276 to 423 since December.

Meanwhile, the son of former Harriers favourite Richard Forsyth — the midfield ace who went on to play for Birmingham City — is one of four academy products to sign non-contract terms with the club.

Midfielder George Forsyth, 18, striker Jordan Harrison, 17, full-back Nathan Millichamp, 18, and winger Dan Sweeney, 17, all have first-team squad numbers.

Academy prospects Luke Maxwell and Kennedy Digie signed professional deals at Harriers in December.
