A PRESCHOOL co-owner has praised her staff who "all have a part to play" following its latest Ofsted inspection.
Whittington Pre-School on Church Lane in Whittington, near Worcester, was rated 'Good' by Ofsted during its latest inspection on September 13.
The preschool's co-owner, Beverly Bradley, said: "We are delighted with the result, though of course, we would have loved to have got an 'Outstanding' rating.
"But we have a team of ladies who do a wonderful job - they have all had a part to play in terms of looking after the children and establishing a great relationship with their parents."
Whittington Pre-School offers care for children from age two until they begin primary school.
The preschool's facilities include separate rooms for preschool-aged children and toddlers, alongside large outdoor area and forest school.
After the inspection, Ofsted wrote in its report that "children's communication and language skills progress well," with staff providing "clear instructions" to help children.

Mrs Bradley, who has worked in the sector for 27 years, said: "Communication and language in children isn't as good today as it once was.
"So we do a lot of work in that area with our children and we are very inclusive in terms of our special educational needs or disability (SEND) provision."
The report states that "managers and staff show dedication to the children in their care," and "support children with a range of complex needs". Ofsted goes on to highlight the "high priority" given to working with other professionals to ensure children with SEND get the right level of support.
On Whittington Pre-School's team, which consists of 18 staff alongside two owners, Mrs Bradley added: "Our team support's each other.
"Whether it's a manager or a practitioner, it doesn't matter - we are all one when we are here.
"We've got very experienced staff who are able to quickly identify gaps in children's learning and react."
In their report, Ofsted highlights the "strong and beneficial relationships" formed by children with their "key person" at the preschool, and praises the support offered to help new children "settle, join in with activities and start to independently explore".
