THERE will be 20 days of roadworks to create a new crossing in a village near Worcester.
The A38 through Kempsey will get a puffin crossing installed over the next 20 days.
The road works will include kerb replacements, footway widening, laying ducting across the carriageway, lighting, and carriageway resurfacing and lining.
The puffin crossing will be opposite the Kempsey Community Centre.
A spokesperson for Worcestershire Highways said: "Works to install a Puffin Crossing on the A38 in Kempsey start today and are expected to last 20 days."
