THIS dramatic video shows a car burst into flames in a Worcester city street.
Staff from Ostler's in Severn Terrace were alerted to a car on fire on November 9, emerging from the restaurant to see a huge column of flame coming from it.
Hereford and Worcester Fire and Rescue Service was called to the scene at around 2pm, where they worked to get the fire under control.
The aftermath of the fire showed the car almost completely destroyed, though no one was reported hurt in the incident.
A fire service spokesperson said: "A Hereford a Worcester Fire and Rescue Service crew from Worcester Fire Station was called at 2.09pm on November 9 to a car on fire in Severn Terrace, Worcester.
"Crews discovered a small petrol vehicle well alight and the fire was fought by two firefighters wearing breathing apparatus and using one hosereel jet.
"There were no casualties but road closures were put in place by the police.
"The car was completely destroyed by fire and this is now out with dampening down taking place and hotspots being checked for using a thermal imaging camera."
A strong smell of burnt rubber could be smelt at the scene, with firefighters seen leaving Severn Terrace at around 3.25pm.
