EMERGENCY:Fire crews called after car engine fire and swan trapped in fishing line
FIRE crews were called to Worcester last night after a fire.
The fire service extinguished 50sqm of grassland that was on fire in Lloyd Close.
Crews used backpack extinguishers and beater to extinguish the fire.
Fire crews also attended a scene following reports of a fire in an engine compartment of a car in Buckle Street, Evesham yesterday.
Firefighters from Worcester were called to an incident where a swan was trapped in fishing line.
Workers were called to Bewdley Rowing Club yesterday to rescue a swan from the river who was trapped in fishing line.
