CALLOW End Ce Primary School will not be open today as the heating is not working in the school.
A statement on the council's website said: "Unfortunately we will be unable to open today as there is no heating in school."
Waseley Hills High School in Rubery is also closed because of burst water pipes.
Chaddesley Corbett Endowed Primary School will be partially open whilst the electrical systems require an inspection following problems caused by extreme weather.
