POTHOLES have been repaired in a busy Worcester street.
Temporary two-way traffic lights were in place in Henwick Road on Sunday whilst work to resurface a 200 meter stretch of the surface was completed.
Potholes in the section of road, between Himbleton Road and the Gulf Petrol Station, had been flagged up by motorists and residents, as reported by the Worcester News, so Worcestershire County Council sent in contractors to carry out repairs.
Previously, a giant pothole in the same road – which was first reported on Thursday, January 4 – was repaired by the county council’s Highways team.
Following this, the council urged residents to report any significant potholes and promised to fix them quickly.
The repairs on Sunday were a result of a number of people contacting the county council.
To flag up a pothole, visit worcestershire.gov.uk and click on the report tab. If the pothole is reported online, you can track the progress of the repair via the website.
