POLICE are appealing for witnesses to a head-on crash near Rushwick in which a woman was seriously injured.
The incident happened on the A4103 at around 1.30pm on Sunday, January 17.
A woman in her 50s suffered serious leg injuries after the red Mercedes she was driving crashed with a red BMW going in the opposite direction towards Bransford.
She was airlifted to Queen Elizabeth Hospital to be treated, while the BMW driver, a man in his 20s, was taken to Worcestershire Royal Hospital with suspected minor injuries.
PC Benjamin Wharton said: "There would have been many people using the road at this time on Sunday who may have witnessed what happened.
"We would also like to hear from anyone who may have seen these vehicles prior to the collision."
