A MAN indecently exposed himself to a runner in Colwall, near Malvern.
The 21-year-old woman was running along Flapgate Lane at about 7.30pm on Friday, July 31, when she saw a man on his bike, who passed her before stopping.
As she continued on her run he began to follow her on his bike and made lewd comments towards her before cycling off in the direction of Wellington Heath.
About five minutes later the woman was at the junction for Ledbury and Wellington Heath when she again saw the man, who exposed himself and committed a lewd act.
The flasher is described as a white man, slim to medium build, 5ft 11ins tall, aged about 23 and 24 and had orange or red facial hair. He was wearing a light coloured cycling helmet, a white t-shirt and two-tone bright blue and coloured board shorts.
West Mercia Police Constable Matthew Davis said: "These types of incidents can be very distressing and we take them very seriously.
"I would urge anyone else who has been a victim of a similar offence to come forward and report it to us."
A 33-year-old man has been arrested in connection with the incident and has been bailed until Tuesday, September 22.
Anyone who has been a victim of a sexual offence, or who has experienced or witnessed a similar incident, can call PC Davis on 101. Information can also be reported anonymously to Crimnestoppers or Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111 or via crimestoppers-uk.org.
