A LORRY trailer was completely destroyed in a fire near the motorway in Worcester.
Hereford & Worcester Fire and Rescue Service was called at 8.25pm yesterday (Friday) to the blaze at the roundabout at junction 6 of the M5.
Three crews used two hose reels and 20litres of foam to extinguished the fire which destroyed the articulated LGV trailer but they managed to save the truck unit at the front.
A man was taken to hospital by ambulance but it is not known the extend of his injuries.
Crews left the scene about an hour later.
