WORCESTERSHIRE pop star Toyah Wilcox took part in an extreme trek to raise money for a cancer centre.
The singer, who lives in Pershore, spent four days walking part of the Great Wall of China with a host of other personalities including Sir Cliff Richard and Dannii Minogue.
The trek has raised millions of dollars towards the Olivia Newton-John Cancer and Wellness Centre in Australia, which aims to develop future cancer vaccines and therapies.
"This was a truly amazing experience," said Toyah. "I met some amazing people, not only Olivia, but the cancer survivors that were also walking with the team.
"The energy was uplifting and it had a positive influence on the group, we need to change the way the world views cancer and centres like the Olivia Newton-John Cancer and Wellness Centre will start to do this."
