A COUNTY wellbeing and beauty business has been shortlisted in two categories in a top industry competition.
Kidderminster-based beauty lounge and body-reshaping studio Rejuvenate has been announced as a double finalist for the first time in the 2015 My Face My Body Awards, a national scheme which recognises excellence, innovation and customer satisfaction in the aesthetics and beauty sectors.
The Wyre Forest business is up against tough competition from across the UK in the best non-surgical makeover category, while its approach to weight-loss techniques through HYPOXI® technology has also been recognised in the best body reshaping procedure shortlist.
Director and co-owner Dianne Malanaphy said: "We are absolutely over the moon to be finalists in this year’s awards and to have the opportunity to be judged by some of the industry’s leading experts. The awards have a huge profile across the country and we are up against a wide spread of businesses and brands – including doctors, clinics, dental surgeries and a number of other body-reshaping procedures. Both of our entries have been based on real customer case studies where it’s proven that our approach has made a phenomenal difference to their bodies, weight and wellbeing.”
As part of the judging process, the winners of all 22 categories will now be decided with the help of a public vote.
Mrs Malanaphy , who co-owns Rejuvenate with business partner Emily Leach, added: “It really is wonderful to be recognised for the hard work we put in and the results we have achieved for people. It is extra special too as we have our fifth anniversary just around the corner. We are thrilled to see so many people already voting for us online and ultimately hope the judges like what we’ve been able to showcase to them in our entries through both photography and videos.”
Customers can vote for the Rejuvenate team on bit.ly/rejuvenate_awards2015 and the closing date for voting is October 31. The awards dinner will be at the Intercontinental, Park Lane, London, on Saturday, November 7.
