THERE are just days left to snap up early-bird tickets for Upton-upon-Severn Jazz Festival.
This year the festival celebrates its 31st birthday with a star-studded line up of world-famous musicians.
The fun begins on Thursday, June 23 and finishes on Sunday, June 26.
A French theme runs through the family-friendly event, led by the Hot Antic Jazz Band, the Hippocampus Jass Gang from Montpellier and Montparnasse.
Musical director Rachel Hayward said: "Most festivals have a much earlier cut-off date, but we want people to enjoy this. We will only sell so many tickets, it’s not unlimited, so when they’re gone, they’re gone."
As well as 60 concerts by the likes of Alan Barnes, Tom Kincaid and Remi Harris, there will be a lively dance section, Dance@Upton.
With a host of internationally-renowned bands including the 15-piece London Swing Orchestra and Leeds-based Louis Louis Louis, there will be lessons for beginners and experienced dancers alike, thanks to Manchester-based GI Jive.
Festival-goers can look forward to a glittering Mardi Gras-style parade through the streets on the Saturday morning, and a gospel-style jazz church service on the Sunday.
Early bird ticket deals are available until Saturday, April 30.
