AFTER months of grey skies and rain the sun is finally making an appearance - and the city is set to be hotter than Ibiza.
The Balearic Island is predicted to be cooler than Worcester on Sunday (May 12) which is set to have temperatures reaching 23C .
Ibiza will reach 22C.
It is good news after months of wet weather and grey skies.
This week reported a warning from the NFU which said farmers in Worcestershire were struggling after 18 months of bad weather.
The Met Office predicts that this weekend will have plenty of blue skies and sunshine - though the odd shower is possible.
The spokesperson said Friday to Sunday will see: "High pressure continues to dominate bringing lots of dry weather. Plenty of warm sunshine with the odd shower possible by the weekend and a continued chance of fog overnight."
Tomorrow (Thursday) may start with early morning mist and fog, said The Met Office.
Once it clears, Worcester should enjoy another fine and dry day with plenty of warm sunshine and light winds.
The maximum temperature will be 22C.
Friday is also set to reach 22C while the pollen count will also remain high throughout the rest of the week and into the weekend.
